摘要:
通过对我国普通高校公共体育理论教学现状的剖析与比较研究，从教学时数、教学内容、教学方法、师资素质等方面入手，提出具体的教学改革对策及建议，以期进一步提高体育理论教学质量，同时也为普通高校公共体育理论课程建设与发展提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Through the analysis and comparative research on common physical education academic teaching in university, the author has given the interrelated material countermeasures and suggestions from some aspects: such as teaching hour, teaching content, teaching method and the making of teachers and so on. Through what was done above, the author takes up with further improving the quality of physical education academic teaching. The paper also provides the referenced for the improvement and development of university common physical education academic courses.
