摘要:
在总结少数农民工犯罪现状的基础上，分析农民工的犯罪特点和原因,并提出解决农民工犯罪问题的对策。在提高农民工法律意识的同时，使农民工成为农村普法教育的强大力量。
Abstract:
On the basis of summarizing the peasant workers’ present situation, this paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of crime conducted by them, and puts forward some countermeasures. The peasant workers will become the strong power of the law popularization in rural areas with raising their legal consciousness.
