摘要:
从中国共产党领导社会主义高等学校建设的历史实践的角度，从党要管党、党管人才、党管干部等新时期的党建任务的角度，以及高等学校政治权力、行政权力和学术权力相互协调、互相促进的角度，全面认识高校院系党政共同负责制，认为其具有历史的必然性、理论的合理性和现实的可行性。
Abstract:
Some Recognitions of the coresponsibility policy of the party and administration in colleges/faculties are given in the paper from the viewpoints of historic analyze of the leadership of the party in the construction and development of socialist universities;from the tasks in the new age of the party to be in charge of party, talents, and leaders; and from the balance and the influence among the politic, administrative and academic authority in universities. These recognitions show that the policy has historic necessity, theoretic reasonability and realistic practicability.
