摘要:
以工业上的一种含铁废渣和七水硫酸亚铁和碳酸钙粉末为原料,经氧化反应得到一种混合产物为含水合氧化铁,该产品可作为脱硫剂使用.实验结果表明:当七水硫酸亚铁∶碳酸钙粉末∶含铁废渣=1.6∶1∶1(质量比)时,制备的脱硫剂脱硫效果最好;每克脱硫剂可全部吸收0.0649g五水硫化钠中的硫元素.此脱硫剂具有制备工艺简单,成本低的特点,符合循环经济和绿色化工的要求,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益.
Abstract:
With an Industrial iron waste residue,seven water ferrous sulfate and calcium carbonate powder as raw material, after the oxidation reaction, we can gain a mixture. This product can be used as a desulfurization agent. The experimental results show that when the ratio of seven water ferrous sulfate amount: Calcium carbonate powder amount: Ferri waste residue amount =1.6∶1∶1 (mass ratio), desulphurization effect of the obtained product is the best. Each gram of this kind of desulfurizer can completely absorb the sulfur element, which is included by 0.064 9 g five water sodium sulfide. This desulfurizer can be easiely prepared with low cost, in line with the circular economy and green chemical requirements, which have certain economic and social benefits.
