摘要:
高校学生管理工作能否及时、有序、有效地进行，关键在于能否调动学生自主管理意识和积极性，提高自主管理的能力。文章揭示大学生自主管理的内涵，提出并分析大学生自主管理的范畴。
Abstract:
The key to ensuring a timely，orderly and efficient management of students in schools of higher learning lies in whether students awareness of selfgovernance and enthusiasm for it have been motivated，and whether their competence in selfgovernance have been enhanced. This paper sheds light on the connotation of university students selfgovernance，proposes and analyzes dimensions of university students selfgovernance.
