摘要:
结合高校教育教学管理实际，从大学生心理健康教育的科层体系、目标圈层和心理危机预警机制三方面建立“454”型工作模式，并基于实践对大学生心理健康教育的制度建设、队伍保障和网络支持进行探析。
Abstract:
Combination of higher education teaching management practice，the essay has discussed and illustrated the establishment and application of “454” method concerning the three aspects of department layers，target layers and the alarm mechanism of psycho crisis. Based on the practice，the essay has thereupon done a preliminary study of the construction of university students mental health education system，education faculty and internet support system.
