摘要:
随着信息网络技术的高速发展，市场竞争的日趋激烈，企业单靠自身能力已经很难适应市场的需要，虚拟企业是在网络经济时代出现并蓬勃发展的一种形式。文章在分析网络环境对虚拟企业核心竞争力的影响基础上，提出构建虚拟企业核心竞争力的对策。
Abstract:
Along with speedy development of communication and network technology，as well as increasingly fury market competition，an enterprise is hard to accommodate with market requirement on its own since unique personality. Virtual enterprise has been a new organization form in knowledge economic times. This paper analysis the condition of network and its effects to the virtual corporations core competence，and put forward corresponding countermeasures against the construction of virtual corporations core competence.
