摘要:

摘要:利用氧化还原包覆法对Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4进行了表面金属包覆,包覆了韧性和延展性都很好的金属铜壳层.利用振动样品磁强计(VSM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱分析仪(EDS)和扫描电镜(SEM)对包覆样品进行了分析表征.结果表明铁氧体外层包覆了一定厚度的铜壳,包覆成功.
Abstract:
The method of oxidationreduction was used in this paper to change the surface character of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4,the flexibility and ductility of copper shell was very good which was symmetrically wrapped on the surface of the ferrite. The Vibration Sample Magnetism(VSM),the XRay Diffraction(XRD),the Energy Diffraction Spectrum(EDS) and the Scanning Electronic Microscope(SEM) were used to analyze the experiment data. The results indicated:copper shell was wrapped on the surface of the ferrite,and the experiment was successful.
