文章总结了汽车高技能人才的特征，综合分析了当前汽车高技能人才短缺的多方面原因，在此基础上从理念、制度、方法、人员等角度重点探讨了如何对汽车高技能人才进行科学开发的问题。
Abstract:
This article summarizes the feature about highskilled talents in automotive industry. It analyzes comprehensively various reasons about highskilled talents short in automotive industry. It discusses especially how to develop scientifically highskilled talents in automotive industry from the concept、system、method and person.
