摘要:
以辽宁某地钙基蒙脱石为原料,经碳酸钠钠化改型后,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对其进行有机改性处理,制备有机蒙脱石矿物复合材料.采用透射电镜分析、X射线衍射分析、红外光谱分析等测试技术对所研制的有机蒙脱石与原土进行了结构对比分析.结果表明,所制备的有机蒙脱石晶层间距明显增大,由原来的1.556 nm(原土)增加到2.045 nm,说明有机改性效果良好.
Abstract:
Calcium montmorillonite from Liaoning was modified by using Cety1 trimethy1 ammonium bromide after it was treated by sodium carbonate. The organic montmorillonite mineral compound materials were prepared. The organic montmorillonite and the original montmorillonite were analysed contrastively by using methods of TEM, XRD and FTIR in this paper. The results showed that the crystal level spacing of organic montmorillonite increased obviously from original 1.556 nm to 2.045 nm, which proved that organic modified effect was very good.
