摘要:
对传统的多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)高效液相色谱分析法做了改进.以异丙醇作为溶剂,索氏提取待处理样品;用Acclaim  120 C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,以Na2HPO4、KH2PO4缓冲液和甲醇作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为225 nm.该法检出限为1~4 mg/L,平均回收率为99.29%~100.70%,RSD为003%~0.52%.本方法操作精密度和准确度高,可作为PBDEs高效液相色谱分析方法.
Abstract:
Determining Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers(PBDEs) by high performance liquid chromatography was described. Using Acclaim  120 C18 Column(5μm 250 mm×4.6mm), Ultraviolet absorption detector(225nm), gradient eluent as mobile phase, the analytes were quantified using external standard calibration curves. The limit of detection is 1~4 mg/L. The results showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD) from 0.03% to 0.52%. The recoveries ranged from 99.29% to 100.70%. The results indicate this method could meet the demand of analysis PBDEs.
