摘要:
运用AHPFuzzy综合评价法对湖北宜化化工股份有限公司清洁生产审核提出的中/高费方案进行筛选,确定优先实施“T902脱硫催化剂替换栲胶脱硫”技术.该方案实施后,彻底解决了栲胶堵塔现象,脱硫效率达99%,一年节省费用36万元以上,环境、经济效益明显.实践证明AHPFuzzy综合评价法是清洁生产审核筛选中/高费方案的一种实用方法.
Abstract:
AHPFuzzy comprehensive assessment to choose the Mesohome cost schemes has been used which are proposed by the cleaner production audit on Hubei Yihua chemical Ltd. The result shows that “Using T902 desulfurization catalyst instead of vegetable tannin extract desulfurization catalyst” technique should be brought into effect first. After the scheme was put into practice, the plugging up problem of desulfurization tower was solved and the desulfurization efficiency could reach 99%, and thus the corporation would save more than 360,000 yuan per year. The scheme is of great environmental and economical benefit. The practice shows that AHPFuzzy comprehensive assessment is a useful and practical method to choose the Mesohome cost schemes.
