摘要:
采用非等温TGDSC技术,在5.0、10.0、15.0和20.0 K·min-1不同线性升温条件下,研究了钼磷超分子化合物(dienH3)2P2Mo5O23的热解动力学;并用微分法和积分法相结合的方法,推断了其热解过程的最可能机理函数.结果表明,该分解过程分为两个阶段:分解第一阶段活化能随转化率的增加而下降,分解第二阶段活化能随分解率的增加而增大.分解过程的最可能机理为随机成核和随后生长机理,动力学方程符合AvramiErofeev方程(n=3/4),其表观活化能为162.79 kJ·mol-1,指前因子为1.7×1014 s-1.
Abstract:
The thermal decomposition kinetics of supermolecular compound (dienH3)2P2Mo5O23 were investigated by means of nonisothermal TGDSC at different heating rates of 5.0, 10.0, 15.0 and 200 K·min-1. The nonisothermal kinetic data were analyzed by means of integral and differential methods.The result shows that the decomposition process of (dienH3)2P2Mo5O23 is composed of two stages: initial stage and final stage. The most probable kinetic function of initial stage is AvramiErofeev Equation (n=3/4), and the corresponding machanism is controlled by random nuclear producing and growing process. The apparent activation energy (Eβ→0) and the preexponential constant (A) are 162.79 kJ·mol-1 and 1.7×1014 s-1, respectively.
