摘要:
简要介绍纳米钨粉制备的一种新方法,在特殊混合和蒸发条件下先制备超细颗粒的APT,经500℃煅烧氧化制成黄钨, 在600℃氢还原制成纳米钨粉.制成的纳米钨粉比表面积BETs为7.6 m2/g, TEM检测显示颗粒的粒径为40~80 nm,XRD检测测算晶粒的粒径为32 nm.
Abstract:
A novel process for preparing tungsten nanopowder was briefly presented in this paper. Tungsten nanopowder has been prepared from superfinely grained APT crystalliized by particular mix and oxided at 500℃,and then reduced at 600℃ in H2 atmosphere. The characteristics of the powders were studied and measured by EDXS, XRD, SEM and TEM. Fsss size and special surface area were also analyzed. The results show the average grain of the nanopowder was 32 nm (XRDd) and the particle sizes for the nanopowder was 7.6 m2/g (BETs). The particle morphology from TEM indicates the particle sizes of the nanopowders were between 40 nm and 80 nm.
